In full recognition of our own brokenness and the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit in our lives, The Heights will minister to people in their brokenness. We are not a congregation full of people who have it all together, but of people who recognize a need for forgiveness and healing, growth and maturity.

The Heights is a team-led congregation and is not dependent on the vision, gifts, or charisma of any single individual. Instead, the people of The Heights are bonded together by our common values and purpose.

The ministry leadership team of The Heights strongly believes in planting churches to reach new populations with the gospel of Jesus and his kingdom. We do not seek to become a mega-church. Instead, our desire is to be a church-planting congregation—planting works in Hamilton County, in major cities around the country, and in other nations.
